Health is really your only limited resource, so spending 10% of it to stop an attack that will only do 2% is a waste. Use interrupt abilities only when you need to.Theres nothing worse than getting swarmed by scavengers before any daughters even have a chance to react due to poor positioning. Hover over their spawn point to see who is coming, and be ready to deal with it accordingly. This is especially relevant with enemies that are about to spawn. Being able to predict how an enemy will move and act was probably the biggest step for me. Read the codex to determine how an enemy behaves - specifically, which daughters they will prioritize.I feel like I was in a similar boat to you, so I'll share some of the realizations I came to that really helped the game click. But soon you'll unlock a new unit that's uhhh awesome. Don't forget to evenly level up a Soulslinger and Shieldbearer too. This daughter will probably carry you through most of the levels and even boss fights. (Note that generating daughters give different stats). I would suggest a blademaster with high attack. Use this and level up one daughter through most of your plays. Mid game start after you defeat the first boss as it will give a remembrance that allows you to resurrect a daughter. Dying and taking damage is part of the game. You'll most likely do this until your second run through or until you defeat the first boss. I would even suggest to a point to let them take damage. Make sure to level up your daughters evenly. I only started 2 days ago so I can only give you the early game and some mid game tips.Įarly game, plan out each move carefully.
